Vacuum Maintenance

The Vacuum Maintenance form logs the type of vacuum used, any servicing performed, and issues observed during the visit.

Logging and Editing​

Every entry submitted through this form is automatically saved to the History tab, where you can review it alongside all other pool activity. Entries can be edited at any time after submitting.

Vacuum Type​

Select the type of vacuum being serviced:

  • Manual Vacuum
  • Suction-Side
  • Pressure-Side
  • Robotic

Tasks​

Check off any tasks completed during the visit:

  • Cleaned / rinsed filter bag or cartridge
  • Inspected wheels / tracks

Issues​

Flag any problems observed:

  • Not moving / stuck
  • Poor suction
  • Tangled / kinked hose
  • Damaged brush / pad
  • Cracked housing
  • Wheels / tracks worn
  • Filter bag torn or clogged
  • Not climbing walls
  • Hose too short
  • Power / charging issue
  • Leak in hose or body
