Pool Maintenance

The Pool Maintenance form logs the cleaning and upkeep tasks performed during a service visit, along with any water or surface issues observed.

Logging and Editing​

Every entry submitted through this form is automatically saved to the History tab, where you can review it alongside all other pool activity. Entries can be edited at any time after submitting.

Tasks​

Check off any tasks completed during the visit:

  • Brush walls
  • Brush floor
  • Brush tile / water line
  • Brush steps / shallow area
  • Vacuum
  • Skim surface
  • Empty skimmer basket

Issues​

Flag any problems observed. Some issues include an additional field for more detail:

  • Phosphates (includes a PPB level field)
  • Green Algae
  • Yellow / Mustard Algae
  • Black Algae
  • Cloudy Water
  • Foamy Water
  • Strong Chlorine Smell
  • Dirt / Dust / Sand
  • Medium - Large Debris
  • Skimmer Issues
  • Severe Contamination
  • Leak Detected
  • Broken Pool Light
  • Scale Formation
  • Staining on Pool Surface
  • Water Level (includes a slider to record the measurement in inches or centimeters)
