Chlorinator Maintenance

The Chlorinator Maintenance form logs chemical type, amount added, dial settings, and any issues found during a chlorinator service.

Logging and Editing​

Every entry submitted through this form is automatically saved to the History tab, where you can review it alongside all other pool activity. Entries can be edited at any time after submitting.

Chemical Type​

Select the type of chlorine or sanitizer being used:

  • 1" Tabs
  • 3" Tabs
  • Briquettes
  • Tabs Other
  • Bromine

Issues​

Flag any problems observed:

  • Leak Detected
  • Damaged Tubing
  • Bad O-Ring

Additional Fields​

  • Feed Rate Dial — The dial position on the chlorinator (0.0 – 5.0)
  • Amount Added — How much chemical was added
  • Unit — Tabs, lbs, or oz
  • Photos — Attach photos or videos from the visit
  • Notes — Any additional observations or comments
